The Parabellum launcher
The launcher installs the WotLK Classic client (about 11 GB), keeps it up to date and starts it already pointed at Parabellum.
Updates only download the parts of files that changed, and an interrupted download resumes where it stopped. Everything it downloads is signed and checked. If the game ever misbehaves, open the game menu and choose "Scan and repair".
